TRIBUNE TOWER RESIDENCES
The icon Tribune tower, the longtime home of the Chicago Tribune, is a symbol of Chicago history – and a architectural masterpiece on the Magnificent Mile. In the 1920s, the building was designed according to the ambitious plans of an international design competition, which resulted in the neo-Gothic masterpiece. Almost a hundred years later The Gettys group was honored to help transform the building into its new purpose: a collection of distinctive, elegant modern luxury residenceswith 56 different floor plans – from $ 900,000 to over $ 7 million in value.
COURTYARD ERIE BAYFRONT
It’s cooler at the lake – this is especially true with the opening of the Courtyard Erie Bayfront Hotel, a new Marriott hotel on the shores of Lake Erie. The Gettys group Team of selected hotel specialists The Gettys group ONE was inspired by this large lake when he created a custom design for the hotel’s public areas and guest suites. In close collaboration with the Courtyard by Marriott brand team The Gettys group ONE designed the guest rooms, the lobby including a feature bar as well as the pods at the reception and the media walls that characterize the Courtyard brand.
SPEED OF HILTON
The Gettys group The Interiors team was instrumental in developing the branding standards for interiors so that the newest brand would join the company Portfolio of Hilton Hotels & Resorts. In close collaboration with Hilton stakeholders and a team of more than 100 consultants The Gettys group developed signature interior elements for Tempo public areas and guest rooms to meet the emerging market of the millennial lifestyle. Hilton’s Tempo brand was presented as a “non-prototype prototype” – an easily scalable and executable model with an appropriate mix of mandated and flexible elements. Understand that the demographic brand longs for contextual and memorable experiences with high expectations for quality and durability, The Gettys group Interiors developed a well thought-out design program with core elements that allow different degrees of customization.

HAMPTON INN CHICAGO DOWNTOWN MOTOR CLUB
The Gettys group ONE was honored to be part of one of the best renovations in Chicago art deco Skyscraper – a historic landmark that was originally designed to house the skyscrapers Chicago Motor Club. Since the building was completed in 1928, the interior and exterior of this landmark have hardly changed. Restorers have worked to keep as many original details as possible, including the 33-by-29-foot mural in the grand lobby of a map of the United States that listed the country’s most popular travel destinations at the time of writing. The Gettys group ONE team sought to enhance the building’s Art Deco features while staying true to the zeitgeist while introducing clean, contemporary elements that unite the Hampton Inn guest.
HAMPTON INN HALLANDALE BEACH AVENTURA
In the Hampton Inn Hallandale Beach Aventura, The Gettys group ONE developed one individual interior design package Implemented the Hilton Perfect Mix lobby program developed for the Hampton Inn brand. The scope of the project included the lobby, the guest corridor and selected elements in the guest rooms. Working with a calming design palette, The Gettys group The team created a welcoming environment. Reference to the PML program guidelines, The Gettys group designed various seating and dining areas with the flexibility to allow both work and social gathering. The team also improved the grinders at reception and at the buffet. The result is a refined yet accessible interior.
HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON BALTIMORE-BWI AIRPORT
The design team worked closely with BRE Hotels and Resorts To complete a full PIP renovation in both guest rooms and public areas and to consistently implement Hilton’s Take Flight requirements. New finishes and furniture have been installed to enhance and update the interiors of this Homewood Suites property.

LA QUINTA INN & SUITES CHICAGO DOWNTOWN
The Gettys group ONE was commissioned by LQ Management to redesign the flagship urban real estate in downtown Chicago. With the introduction of a lobby bar on the second floor, the design team established a concept that is deeply rooted in Chicago’s history. Upon entering the lobby, guests are greeted by a colorful mural of the Chicago skyline. Other design moments like this Chicago Hotel Renovations include local artwork in the common areas and a muted color palette inspired by the area’s naval history. A custom reception desk and wall evoke the lines of Chicago’s maritime past. The guest rooms have been designed to include a raised version of the prototypical La Quinta guestroom packages.
HAMPTON INN MOAB
This renovation gave a new purpose to a hotel in an emerging area where competition has increased as more and more visitors are drawn to the natural beauty of the stunning Moab landscape. Our The Gettys group ONE team designed the exterior, guest rooms and bathrooms, and public areas – including the lobby, market, business center, breakfast area, corridors, elevator lobbies and meeting rooms. The design features a bespoke lobby and guest rooms, all of which are brand standards. The brand decided to showcase this project as part of a design day at Hilton. The project was an example of how a branding scheme can be successfully adapted to the property’s unique location.
AC HOTEL CHICAGO DOWNTOWN
Completed in May 2015, the AC Hotel Chicago downtown is the first flag hotel in Illinois and the fourth in the United States. AC Hotel Chicago Downtown is one of the most respected hotel brands in Spain. It is a lifestyle hotel that offers millennials and business travelers an elegant and comfortable environment, as well as innovative restaurants and locally inspired experiences. The interior design offers an energetic atmosphere that comes from the runways and fashion houses of Milan. The team used low key, monochromatic color schemes throughout to create a timeless interior design that is both modern and sophisticated.
