Trevor Lawrence, who is ready for the shoulder process, must be prepared for coaching camp
Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence will undergo a left labrum shoulder repair that is unlikely to affect his readiness for the 2021 season, his representatives at MGC Sports told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The trial is set to take place after Lawrence – the planned number 1 in this year’s draft – throws for NFL teams on Feb.12, representatives said.
Doctors are confident Lawrence recovered in time for training camp, representatives said, adding that Lawrence will not be attending Clemson’s Pro-Day in March.
The Jacksonville Jaguars are number 1 in the draft and are expected to pick Lawrence where he will play for new NFL coach Urban Meyer.
