50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
50ml cloudy apple juice
20ml lemon juice
100ml ginger ale
Prosecco to fill up
A lemon wedge and a sprig of mint for garnish
Glass: splash glass


Pour all ingredients over ice cubes in a splash glass and stir gently to mix all of the flavors. To lengthen, top up with prosecco and garnish with a lemon wedge and a tapped mint sprig.
